"Dear all - we are conducting the NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys on a quarterly basis among AFOLs and TFOLs to collect information about their overall LEGO user experience. This information is reported back to the business with NPS feedback from all other consumer touch points (e.g. Brand Retail stores, Online Shop, LEGO Club, Consumer Service etc.). Normally we would give you feedback on what AFOLs and TFOLs are telling us, but right now we are a bit streched, so please accept our appologies. Going forward, we will continue to do the Quarterly NPS survey this year but also issue some more extensive research. We will share the findings back with you later in the year."
