« am: 14. Juli 2009, 19:08:42 Nachmittag »

Hi all, it is again time to ask your members to fill in the AFOL questionnaire so we can keep track on improvements and learn more about the community to work better together with you so please put the link out to all your forums/members and ask as many as possible to fill the questionnaire in.

It is very important for us to get as many answers as possible – so please put it out as soon as possible.

Thank you very much.

für alle, die es noch interessiert, hier noch die auswertung der letzten umfrage:

Here are the topline findings from the April survey:

Here are some of the key findings from the April 2009 survey:

•The survey was completed by 4.000 AFOLs and TFOLs. This is 1.500 fewer than the December 2008 survey. This time around 47% (!) of the respondents were TFOLs, this share was 19%in December 2008.

•When asked about likeliness to recommend LEGO products and services to friends and family, AFOLs are more likely to recommend than TFOLs. When asked what the LEGO Group can do to improve willingness to recommend, most frequent answers was, as in the December survey, “better pricing”, “re-release classic sets”, “less custom made pieces” and “no more stickers, print on bricks”.

•Top three favorite sections on LEGO.com was reported to be Shop, Products and Factory. LEGO Factory is especially popular among German AFOLs and TFOLs. Among TFOLs, Club and MLN are also popular sections.

•Tips and tricks database, Easily accessible and visible MOC galleries and Section that LUGs can post info to was the top 3 items which could add value to LEGO.com for AFOLs and TFOLs.

•74% have heard about LEGO Universe and more than half of these go to LEGOuniverse.com for updates. Quite a few get their updates from TBB.com and Brickset.com as well. Only 34% have signed up for the LEGO Universe newsletter, most giving the reason that they did not know about it.

•Average spending reported was down compared to the December survey due to the fact that the TFOL share of respondents was up significantly.
